Frequently Asked Questions

1 - Do you send out a salesman to meet with us at the time of our estimate?

NO - You will meet directly with the owner of the company to insure every aspect of your job is covered.

2 - How long after I meet with the owner, will I receive my estimate?

You will receive a call back in most cases within 24 hours of your estimate with your verbal job cost and a computerized estimate will be mailed to you within 1-2 business days of your estimate.

3 - How long will it take to complete my job?

Job lengths vary depending on what you are having done, however once we start your job, we remain on your job solely until completion. Unlike most other contractors, we do not run two and three jobs at the same time.

4 - Will my property be left clean?

Marco Masonry will remove all material debris brought to the job site. Any excavated debris, earth, grass, concrete if being removed is detailed on your estimate. We believe in leaving the job site as clean as possible each day while the job is in progress. We respect our homeowners properties!

5 - Will my start date be exact?

All start dates are estimated dates, however we do not give a customer a start date that we do not expect to be able to adhere to. Please keep in mind that each day the weather is inclement our schedule will get delayed since masonry work can not be done in inclement weather. Unlike other contractors, we will never give you a start date that is impossible to meet just to get your job contracted and then push you off for weeks. We believe in being upfront and honest about our next available start dates, so customers are not disappointed.

During the height of the season, lead times for start dates can vary between 2-4 weeks. We book on a first come, first serve basis.
